With its compact, linear design, our thermal sealer is easy to use and features automatic control of the preparation phase.

After setting the length and the number of pouches, just select the “Programme” key to start the automatic packaging procedure. The vacuum-pack machine features a practical keypad for easy control of the various functions.

Alternatively, the operator can perform packaging with the traditional procedure, with maximum simplicity.

Key characteristics

Millseal+ Evo lets users configure two programmes with different pouch lengths and quantities. Once the desired programme has been selected, the thermal sealer automatically prepares the pouches, saving time and reducing the need for manual tasks. Alternatively, the operator can perform packaging with the traditional procedure, with maximum simplicity.

With its integrated display, Millseal+ Evo lets users set parameters, length and quantity, and begin automatic pouch production with ease. Sealing, cutting and collection are therefore automated.

Using sophisticated electronics, Millseal+ Evo constantly monitors time and temperature, ensuring parameters are precise at all times. The 12 mm sealing band - which actually exceeds the regulatory standards - ensures long-lasting sealing performance while visual/acoustic indicators provide information on correct device operation.

The Millseal+ Evo automatic packaging programme can prepare up to 20 bags per minute. The operator need only intervene for the second sealing: this optimises the workflow and significantly reduces packaging times.
